It is good to use hand sanitizers which are 99.9% effective as antibacterial agents. However, Ebola is a virus and thus wouldn't be affected by the antibacterial agents in hand sanitizers at all.
Frequent & thorough washing of hands with soap is more like it. Hand sanitizers are ineffective against viruses. Every other listing is correct.
